Why us?

We are the ethical choice, unique in that we are the first not-for-profit agency, owned and run by working supply teachers. We don’t believe any other kind of agency is needed! This way the education budget stays in education, far more of the price you pay goes to the teacher. We can meet all your school’s supply needs just like any other agency. We, the teachers collectively manage the calls, emails and admin of the agency.

We do not charge huge finders fees

Whilst other agencies charge thousands of pounds for their finders fee, we charge only a small admin fee should you wish to employ a teacher who has been introduced to you by Working Teachers. This is a vital source of income to ensure the continued running of Working Teachers as a not-for-profit agency.
