Working Teachers is Nottinghamshire’s brand new agency set up and run by working supply teachers. We can meet all your school’s supply needs just like any other agency BUT without your budget for supply going to profit focused private agencies or their profit taking shareholders.
We, the teachers collectively manage the calls, emails and admin of the agency.
As we are not-for-profit, we pay our teachers more than any other agency. The only deductions are employers NI and any pension contribution, plus a small payroll company charge. (If the teacher is not involved in the running of Working Teachers a discretionary small amount may be set aside to help towards the cost of running of our agency).
More of your education budget stays with the supply teachers it was intended for.
